1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Applied at useapplied.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Applied is a job-search workspace that helps you track job applications, capture job postings, manage contacts, and prepare for interviews. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service or its content.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the availability of the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you add to Applied (job notes, contacts, uploaded files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep Applied available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data will be preserved without loss. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applied and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@useapplied.xyz. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
